Our Mission

At MindBodyBack, we stand at the forefront of one crucial mission: to end the chronic pain epidemic and restore the lives of millions of sufferers. In the United States alone, an estimated 100 million adults grapple with the relentless challenge of chronic pain. This widespread condition escalates reliance on opioids, increases the frequency of surgeries and medical visits, and imposes a staggering annual economic burden estimated at $600 billion. The personal impact on those suffering from chronic pain is just as severe, often leading to a 37% reduction in income, higher risks of depression and opioid addiction, and a 4X likelihood of suicide.

Our resolve is strengthened by the latest advancements in neuroscience, which reveal the significant role of the brain and central nervous system in chronic pain. Groundbreaking studies from world-renowned scientists and institutions have dramatically shifted our understanding, showing that chronic pain is as much a neurological phenomenon as it is physical. Through MindBodyBack, we aim to leverage these insights to retrain the brain's perception of pain, significantly reducing symptoms and restoring control to our clients.

Our goal transcends the provision of a program – it's a commitment to halting the chronic pain epidemic and dramatically improving the lives of millions. We strive to make the latest pain science both understandable and accessible, offering a path to relief that is both affordable and inclusive, regardless of age, gender, location, or socioeconomic status. At MindBodyBack, we are not just treating symptoms; we are transforming lives, one person at a time, on a journey to a pain-free future.

"In 2019, a personal battle with severe chronic back pain unassumingly led me into the world of mindbody medicine. After overcoming my pain using nothing but the power of my mind, I began to recognize the profound connection between the mind and body, and started exploring the limitless potential of the human brain and nervous system.

This inspired me to establish MindBodyBack with an aim to bridge the gap between mental and physical health and empower others to harness their innate healing capabilities. "
